“KOP Coach Transportation LLC and its affiliates are not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $95 for each carpet burn or seat burn. Sanitation or clean up fee is $250.

All fees may vary based on damages incurred. Our regular hourly rates apply to all point to point reservations, in 30 minute increments, past the allotted lee-way time of 15 mins for all residential and POI pick-ups (Hotels, Rest, Landmarks, etc) , 30 mins after “runway-landing” of all domestic flights and 45 minutes after “runway landing” of international flights. Additional fees may apply for any unplanned stops en-route. KOP Coach Transportation will do it’s best to properly monitor flights, however will not be held liable for any inaccurate or last minute changes to landings or flight diversions due to weather conditions.

Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the clients)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. airport pick-up delay charges will apply if passenger does not arrive. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.

Any due balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. In the event of a customer cancellation KOP Coach Transportation reserves the right to charge the provided credit card up to 100% of the reservation’s total in case of cancellation within 24 hours of the pick-up appointment.
